The Registrar shall be the full-time executive of the University. The Chancellor, shall, on recommendation of the Vice-Chancellor, appoint the Registrar. The tenure of office of the Registrar shall be of fours years and the educational, financial and personnel administration shall remain under the general supervision of the Registrar.
